How to Become a Better Person?

Sometimes I just seat in front of my window and think deeply. Questions lingers my mind. Questions that I don’t know where to get the answers. Am I doing good in my job? Do I satisfy my co-workers? Am I achieving my goals? What do I want to do in the future? Am I at the right track? Is this what I want?

So many questions.. I tried so many times to answer all of these but often I still doubt myself if my answers are true, because the biggest question to me now is how can I become a better person?

I am an introvert person. I always wanted to be alone. I don’t want people to be stepping into my life. I feel uncomfortable meeting new people and talking to them. It gives me so  much stress. I tend to observe other peoples attitude very well. I always think why they act that way. I already read so many blogs and articles on how to become a better person but I always don’t know how to start. It seems like easy to do but when your already at the situation, it’s really hard. They said that you have to be nice all the time so that people won’t judge you. But how will you do it if the people around you are just taking advantage of you? They said you must control your anger all the time. But how will you do it if the people around you are hurting you emotionally?

I think there are so many ways of becoming  better person. But the biggest challenge is how to start and maintain it? For me you can be the person you want as long as you are happy. Do what you love to do in life. If you’re stocked to a situation or career that is not of your choice find the silver lining in it. Or find a way to do what you really want and love. Have time always for yourself to think and evaluate how you are doing. Avoid the negative energies that will multiply all the doubts, fears and angers in your heart.It is not easy. It is never easy. I am also in the search now. Little by little I can see the light that I am looking for. I am not an expert to tell what what to do but my experience can tell you how to do it.

Surround your self with positive people. It will help a lot. Trust me.

Korean skin care products are very famous and in demand now a days. Many women are already using and enjoying the good benefits of the different Korean skin care products. Well at first I was hesitant to try because I don’t know how to start. I’m also afraid that my skin might reject it! Well, I made my research first  of course.. I read and watched plenty of reviews regarding different Korean skin care products. So what I will feature today is my very first Korean product, the Nature Republic Aloe Vera Cleansing Foam! I’m so excited to tell you my experience regarding this product. So, let’s get started!

Nature Republic: Aloe Vera Cleansing Foam

This cleansing foam is made of certified organic aloe. This claims that it is free from parabens, mineral oil and artificial colors, minimizing the risk of skin irritations making it suitable for all skin types. It removes the impurities of your skin. What I liked about this product is that it doesn’t dry out my skin. It has a moisturizing effect that gives my skin a glowing complexion. My skin also feels smooth and supple after I use it. It has also a really nice smell. It is a cleansing foam suitable for all skin type. My skin enjoys it so much.

How to use it?

Just squeeze a sufficient amount in your palm, wet with water, rub it to make a foam texture and apply all over your face. Massage your face gently and let your face absorb all the nutrients in the product. Then rinse with warm water.

I bought mine in an online store called Althea Korea. Basically you will see plenty of Korean skin care products and cosmetics. What I like about this online store is that it delivers your orders right in front of your door step. You don’t have to worry that you will still needs to pay for the tax in the customs or the hassle of picking it up in the post office. Compared to the outlet stores you will find around the country, the price in Althea Korea is a lot cheaper! But if you don’t feel like ordering or buying online there are also already available stores here in the Philippines. The Nature Republic has several outlet store in the country.
